Georg Fehlauer: In June the decision was taken to assign the fund assets to LWL. The new system had to be completed by the end of the year. We could not afford the luxury of experiments. Our rental properties are spread across an area of 21,400 km². This is an additional challenge.

All objectives have been implemented on schedule and the contractual cost budget was not exceeded. Thanks to clear assignment of responsibilities and well-structured task descriptions, the implementation was realised promptly by the motivated, involved employees from the various LWL departments.
