The data exchange includes automatic data retrieval from any number of heating meter reading companies as well as automated provision of the transformed data for the ERP system. All data is converted to a single standard, particularly as in practice there are often different interfaces. This ensures harmonised data processing and facilitates interoperability between different systems.

API management ensures that external service providers, local authorities, supply and waste disposal companies etc. can be connected individually at any time. In order to cope with the variety of data formats, harmonised formats and universal web services are implemented, in which a specific template is created for each service provider. This serves as a reference for standardised data delivery and at the same time supports the use of individual and current record formats, such as ARGE 3.xx.

Clearing cleans up your data so that it can be processed seamlessly in the ERP system. In addition to transformation to a standardised data format and plausibility checks, AI logic is also used to correct recurring errors efficiently.
