  • Chatbot in the Tenant App: The digital assistant guides tenants through onboarding, accepts enquiries, and answers questions in real time – 24/7.
  • Chatbot on the website: Without requiring a login but with intelligent user identification, the bot simplifies enquiry capture and ticket creation directly in the SAP® system.
  • Voicebot: Need to handle phone calls automatically? No problem! The voicebot records phone inquiries, recognizes the context, and automatically generates tickets.
  • Employee Assistant: As a smart knowledge manager, the bot provides access to company-specific information – from contract details to ESG reporting.

Intelligent multilingualism: Communication without barriers

One major advantage of our bots is their multilingual capability. With support for around 120 languages – including highly requested ones like English, Arabic, Turkish, and Russian – language barriers are no longer an issue. Inquiries are automatically translated, allowing customers and employees to be supported quickly and efficiently, regardless of their native language. Customizable, secure, and flexibly integratable

Our bots are designed to work on all platforms – whether in a tenant app, in MS Teams, or on the company website. They can be individually designed and set up. The bots are highly adaptable in their form of address, tone, content, and, for chatbots, even their appearance. You control the look and feel as well as the information conveyed.

To fully leverage efficiency gains, we integrate the bot into our customers’ SAP® systems. Then, the machine not only handles communication with tenants but also performs important tasks for the employees in your administration. A ticket is automatically created in SAP®. The solution itself manages the assignment to the tenant contract. In the case of a damage report, the appropriate technical location is even selected. Handling multiple requests within a single message is no problem either. The bot processes them one after the other and creates separate tickets in SAP®.
