Who came up with the idea? An Eight year success story between PROMOS and HWS

Sometimes it only takes a vision to achieve great things. In 2016, Hilfswerk-Siedlung GmbH (HWS) made the decision to break new ground together with PROMOS. The challenge: a comprehensive ERP migration and the optimisation of numerous business processes. Today, almost a decade later, both companies can proudly look back on a partnership that is a role model not only for them, but also for the entire industry.
It was clear from the outset that this collaboration would be more than just a classic IT project. PROMOS has not only successfully modernised HWS’s ERP systems, but also initiated a holistic digital transformation. With innovative approaches such as mobile applications, training for employees and even the use of artificial intelligence, we have succeeded in making processes leaner, faster and more customer-friendly.
The success of this transformation speaks for itself: HWS is an agile company that can handle customer enquiries efficiently and provides its employees with the tools they need to stay one step ahead.
