New GAEB service from PROMOS: Flexible, efficient and in the cloud
GAEB is a standardised format for the exchange of tender, quotation and billing information in the construction industry. It enables paperless communication between clients and contractors. With the new PROMOS Cloud GAEB Service, we offer a flexible web service that makes the previous effort for local installation of the wingaeb software superfluous. GAEB files can be imported and exported directly into SAP® systems without the need for local software. The service saves resources and is licensed according to use.
Alternative to the local GAEB-XML interface
While the previous SAP® GAEB XML interface required local installation and maintenance of a Windows component, the new interface works as a web service in PROMOS’ own cloud. The parser from wingaeb that had been required to date is now operated centrally in the cloud. This means you do not need any special hardware or a separate licence for rarely used processes. Simplified processes and savings
The new solution quite simply saves you time and money. You do not need to install any local software that is only used sporadically – you can simply use the web service via the cloud. This makes it possible to import and process GAEB files flexibly and precisely for your requirements.
