Successful PCoE certification – PROMOS once again impresses with top quality of service
PROMOS has once again been awarded the demanding PCoE certification, as a testament to its outstanding expertise and performance in the area of SAP® support. This certification has been successfully awarded once more and is valid for another two years, adding more chapters to the PROMOS support team’s success story. It is an important symbol for customers and brings numerous advantages for users.
What is the PCoE certification?
The PCoE certification (Partner Centre of Expertise) is a seal of approval from SAP that ensures that partner companies meet the highest quality standards in the support and maintenance of SAP® solutions. This certification confirms that PROMOS has the necessary support infrastructure, SAP-certified employees and optimised processes to provide first-class support.
The certification process
PROMOS was awarded this certification again after passing an audit focusing on the consistency and performance of daily support and maintenance activities. This review included an analysis of six key performance indicators (KPIs). PROMOS proved that it still provides exceptional work in these areas, and so the certification, which has been valid for many years now since it was first awarded, has been extended by a further two years until the end of 2026.
