Another two years – PROMOS re-certified as an SAP Partner Center of Expertise
The evaluation criteria
SAP support and service comprises several factors. For one, the availability, knowledge and SAP certifications of the consultants play a major role. For another, the infrastructure, meaning the system and the technology, is crucial for the quality of support. Finally, of course, the implementation is also reviewed and evaluated. The SAP Solution Manager ticket system available to customers around the clock and the hotline staffed with specialist and technical expertise during opening hours convinced the stringent review committee in the case of PROMOS. For example, out of well over 7,000 customer messages received, only five had to be forwarded to SAP – an outstanding success rate.

Long-standing cooperation
The history of the cooperation between PROMOS and SAP goes back for quite some time. Volker Schulz sums it up as follows: “We have a long-standing relationship that began with a partnership agreement in 1998. We were able to score points back then with our real estate knowledge and have always proven ourselves as a worthwhile business partner by consistently increasing the quality of our work and service.” Since January 2010, PROMOS has also been a VAR Partner in accordance with the SAP Partner Edge Channel Agreement. The SAP PCoE partner agreement is valid for two years. As Volker Schulz reports, PROMOS is already looking forward to proving itself as an innovative company again: “In the future, we want to always continue offering our customers only the best in terms of service and support. We’re therefore excited to regularly work with SAP to refine our services and prove their effectiveness.”
