Update on the 15th OpenPromos User Forum in Berlin – topics and concepts
What are the highlights on the training programme?
Of course, topics related to SAP S/4HANA® and Fiori® will be at the forefront. Together, we will share our experiences relating to migration. Which implementation strategy is suitable for whom? How can obstacles be removed ahead of time and which important aids should you be sure to have at your disposal? We will also hold a live presentation on how easysquare workflow fits perfectly into the new working environments of SAP Fiori®. From the work basket and resubmission to the look and feel, you will gain insight into all the important functions. One of the most significant innovations in Fiori® comes in the immediate evaluation options for important KPIs directly in the launchpad. We show which applications are especially useful and how the user-defined dashboards can look.
Utilities cost management comprises one important range of topics that we’ve already been focussed on expanding for a year and a half now. How can you prepare invoices tailored to your needs in the future without diving into the flood of data from energy suppliers and meter reading companies? And what is the impact of the new rules from the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (EED)? Our experts present individual solution models.
You can’t say innovation without saying easysquare. The easysquare app family is evolving fast. From new services and improved handling to the integration of state-of-the-art technologies based on artificial intelligence, we leave no field unexplored. The growing market for our easysquare tenant app, in particular, has resulted in an ever-increasing scope of new developments.
This is just a small preview of the many topics that we will be presenting in Berlin on 15–16 June. As in professional sports, good preparation, the right team, a target-oriented strategy and proper equipment are the key to success. Together at the OpenPromos User Forum, we will lay the foundation for becoming Fit for Innovation.
What will be different at this year’s OPUF?
We are aware that this OpenPromos User Forum will be different from previous ones. However, we are not simply referring to the requirements imposed by the pandemic. We are currently working hard on new formats, interactive concepts and ideas for an even more intensive exchange of ideas. The OpenPromos User Forum will also certainly include the option of digital participation this year. We will only be able to make a decision regarding in-person participation shortly before the event. However, the spatial conditions offer all the prerequisites we need to fulfil the legal requirements and uphold pandemic hygiene rules. The integration of a large inner courtyard and wide double doors to the outdoor area for sufficient ventilation in all conference rooms in combination with rapid testing and medical mask requirements are among the cornerstones of the hygiene concept we are currently working on. There are still many questions to be answered over the coming months. We can certainly guarantee a couple of things, though: the usual high quality of our presentations and the technical strength of the hand-picked topics on our agenda. We look forward to giving you more information soon. Until then, keep an eye out!
