In early February 2020, SAP announced the extension of guaranteed maintenance for S/4HANA^® until 2040. Such a long-term guarantee is practically unprecedented from the Walldorf-based company, and it provides customers of the world’s most widely used ERP system with a unique level of planning security. SAP simultaneously extended support for SAP Business Suite 7.0 until 2027 and the more costly Extended Maintenance until 2030.
