SAP S/4HANA®, C/4HANA® or SAP Cloud Platform – in order to keep up with the latest developments from the Walldorf-based company and consistently provide SAP customers with premium quality, partner companies must regularly prove their own SAP support expertise. The demanding certification is only awarded to those who cover the SAP support portfolio – in terms of infrastructure through utilisation of the latest SAP Solution Manager, in their processes by using SAP tools, and organisationally through the training and certification of support employees.
PROMOS consult has now achieved certification as a Partner Center of Expertise for the fifth time since 2010. The renewed recertification shows that the Berlin-based IT service provider continues to meet all the requirements to not only sell licences but also provide qualified support and software maintenance services as an SAP partner.
“As an innovative full-range supplier and long-term partner of SAP, it is important to us to offer our SAP customers optimum support and service quality at all times. So we were particularly proud to successfully complete the evaluation process again this year and that SAP has placed its trust in us, as one of only a few SAP partner companies, allowing us to participate in a shorter, automated procedure,” says Volker Schulz, CIO of PROMOS consult, explaining this year’s procedure. “This means we are certified again until 31 December 2020,” he continues.
