To The Goal More Quickly With The Reporting Tool For RE-FX

A
small tool with a large effect! The Reporting Tool for RE-FX edits data after
your customer-specific requirements, which are predefined in the customizing.
This way you receive an individual report adapted for your company. The tool
generates two separate and technically condensed tables in the SAP® database. The first table is filled with data of the rental objects, the second is filled with
information on the existing real estate contracts. These generated database tables are now available for the SAP® user for further evaluations and
controlling purposes.

Data from different levels are aggregated in two
expressive database tables.
Additionally
to the real estate contracts the reporting tool compiles vacancy contracts for
times, at which a rent unit is empty. These can be examined together
with all other contracts. But
that´s not all: For the evaluations you may use the standard SAP® tools as well as other programs for additional
processes, after the data has been exported. You save time and costs. Because
not only the programming effort is minimized, which shortens implementation
times extremely, but also the evaluation times (program runtime) are very short
even for very complex questions! The generation program calls up the required
data at night time. This way no loss of performance will occur.
