Support Quality with Quality Seal – PROMOS is recertified as Partner Center of Expertise again
About two thirds of the population rely on the judgements of the leading German consumer safety group. In terms of felt reliability the independent organisation is ranked on the highest places right behind friends and family [1]. In a globalised world consumers wish to have the guarantee of an attested quality seal when choosing from service providers and products more than ever. The most important criteria for the customer: the assessment has to happen from independent, external sources.
An assessment like that is the certification as a Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE) via SAP. PROMOS has successfully participated in the recertification, which is audited by SAP every two years. Investigation criteria during the comprehensive audits were for example the high customer satisfaction next to the reachability of the support-hotline, the solution quota of the support, the provision and usage of a comprehensive service infrastructure as well as the qualification of the support employees proven via SAP certificates.

quality of cooperation with our customers and the software producer SAP once
again. It counts to our basic values to never rest on already reached levels.
The same way we examine our products continuously and carefully for the purpose
of our customers, we also try to improve our service quality”, explains Volker
Schulz, Chief Information Officer of PROMOS, the backgrounds of the renewed
certification.
