Important Master Data In The Pockets - New Tutorial About Series Processes With Easysquare Mobile
Imagine following situation: The object manager is made aware of a defect on site in an apartment of the tenant. Instead of scratching a note on prepared paper forms, he grabs his tablet-PC and copies the object as well as the tenant data comfortably into the digital form in his easysquare mobile app. This approach saves time and unplanned mobile processes can be performed easily on site without a lot of effort.

For the preparation of mobile processes, like the property inspections of a certain housing stock, important master data, e. g. the object address or tenant data, can be provided to the object manager on mobile devices by uploading those to the easysquare mobile app with the application series process and copying them into the form. Forms for objects are only given to employees responsible.
This happens with help of a data chart in Excel-format, which contains object data and the employee responsible, and with help of an associated layout file in XSLT-form, which describes the individual setup of the form. Both files are uploaded via the easysquare WebApp on the easysquare platform .

Zur Vorbereitung mobiler Prozesse, wie beispielsweise die Objektbegehung eines konkreten Wohnungsbestandes, können wichtige Stammdaten, z. B. die Objektadressen oder Mieterdaten, auf den mobilen Endgeräten der jeweiligen Objektbetreuer bereitgestellt werden, indem diese einfach in die easysquare mobile App mit der Anwendung Serienvorgang hochgeladen und in die Formulare kopiert werden. Jeder Mitarbeiter erhält dann nur Formulare für Objekte, für die er zuständig ist.
Dies geschieht zum einen mit Hilfe einer Datentabelle im
Excel-Format, welche die Objektdaten und die verantwortlichen Mitarbeiter
enthält, und zum anderen mit Hilfe einer zugehörigen Layout-Datei im
XSLT-Format, die den individuellen Aufbau des Formulars beschreibt. Beide
Dateien werden über die easysquare WebApp auf die easysquare Plattform hochgeladen.
