Municipality Today & Tomorrow – PROMOS is Partner at the NetWork Forum Kommune 2016
Construction measures and modernisation projects, the protection of sustainable energy politics and the guarantee of general safety – in the public administration authorities have to meet different requirements and fulfil expectations of citizens. How can municipalities master those futuristic challenges with the targeted usage of innovative information technology? This is the question that is being discussed at the event NetWork Forum Kommune 2016 of our longstanding partner BTC.
From 26th – 27th of October 2016 the BTC repeats the successful network event BTC NetWork Forum Kommune and informs about central topics, which will be moving the public sector today and in the future, under the slogan “Municipality today & tomorrow: discussing and designing”. Experienced contributors are presenting influences of the digitisation on business processes, advantages of the new SAP® data base technology HANA®, as well as the potentials of Mobile Computings. Additionally, actors of the public sector will be talking about their practical experiences.
Involved
will be the Gebäudewirtschaft Mainz. The owner-operated municipal enterprise of
the provincial capital Mainz presents the implementation of their mobile
building management with the help of the easysquare technology at the first day
of the event. This way, amongst others, malfunction reports and winter services
can be managed digitally, meter readings can be captured via mobile devices and
invoices can be processed electronically. So come over for this presentation,
it will be worth it.
