PROMOS consult awarded for SAP service and support competences
The success of an IT-project not only lays in a successful implementation, but also in a reliable and competent supervision after it has been put into productive operation. That PROMOS offers its customers a qualified and well-matched support on a very high level has been certified by the SAP with the certificate SAP Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) now.
Within the comprehensive audits SAP examined every
process, procedure, guideline, method and the service offers of the service and
support organization of PROMOS. The actual service provision and the
know-how-level of support consultants have been reviewed as well. The
certification proves that PROMOS consult meets all requirements of the SAP SE
for high-quality and well-structured support.
PROMOS’ customers is given a comprehensive and
competent twenty-four-seven support for business-critical processes.
The certificate is awarded
with a validity of 2 years. Since the implementation of the PCoE certification
in 2010 PROMOS has been certified for the third time and has been Channel
Partner of the SAP SE since 2002.
