PROMOS consult rated a “Great Place to Work”
The software specialist participated in the survey for the first time and received an award from the independent institute in the “Companies with 50 to 250 employees” category for its attractive working conditions and supportive culture of collaboration.
“With this award, our employees confirm the success of our efforts to provide a creative working culture in which each individual is given space for personal development,” says Jens Kramer, CEO of PROMOS consult. “Success, including in economic terms, is always the result of successful constructive collaboration. Our employees focus their attention on our customers and are crucial for the development of inspiring and effective software solutions. We would therefore like to thank them for their excellent work and for the award,” Kramer continues.
The award was preceded by an extensive, anonymous employee survey and a survey of the management regarding the supportive measures used in HR and management work (audit of culture). The questionnaire revealed that the vast majority of those surveyed greatly appreciate the flat hierarchies, the development opportunities and the options for a healthy work–life balance. With family-oriented working hours models and health and fitness offers, PROMOS produces a particularly positive working climate and encourages employees to work together.
