Peach Property and ProPotsdam for PROMOS at the SAP Forum in Berlin
In September, the SAP Forum for the real estate industry will enter its next round and we will be there at the start of the event with three presentations! In addition to Peach Property, we have now managed to get the managing director of ProPotsdam, Jörn Michael Westphal, on board to contribute. He will be presenting a pioneering project on the subject of AI at this popular event.
What would the SAP Forum be without its exciting insights into the digitalisation projects of renowned customers? Every year, participants are inspired by the possibilities software offers today. Important lessons learned from implementation phases, realistic savings and an insight into the look and feel of the solutions regularly captivate the audience. This week, the organiser published the final agenda for the forum. And two of our customers have put their trust in us to present our projects with them.
Peach Property and ProPotsdam present power projects
Not long ago, we were able to launch a customised project with Peach Property that provided digital signatures for the rental process. Thanks to a customised workflow in SAP and the integration of DocuSign, the company is now able to sign contracts with new tenants on average 12 days faster. Timo Seidel, Managing Director of Peach Property Management GmbH, will give an exclusive presentation at the SAP Forum on what motivated the company to take the bold step towards digitalisation, what other benefits the process brings and what tenants have to say about it.
Another power project is currently underway at ProPotsdam GmbH. In this pilot project, sharp minds from ProPotsdam and PROMOS consult are working hand in hand to integrate generative AI into tenant communication. The aim is to process tenant correspondence automatically as much as possible. A powerful project with an incredible savings potential. This solution will be an important lever, especially in times of skills shortages. Tenants will also benefit from better availability and fast response times.
