Make group work more efficient with easysquare workflow – Optimised visualisation for team tasks

The global work basket contains an overall list of all outstanding tasks. In the higher-level Process Cockpit, tasks are not only delegated; a traffic light system also allows the relevant process progress to be monitored. This provides significant benefits when assigning personal responsibilities. Different colours show the employee assignment: red represents the processor who is permanently responsible, while blue stands for his or her representative. In addition, yellow is now available for group work. All employees assigned to the group can take on the previously configured task. When an employee takes on this task from the group list, it can no longer be viewed by the other employees. This allows team processes to be presented clearly, and each person involved has an overview of the individual components of the group work. The enhancement of easysquare workflow thus results in a huge increase in efficiency when completing group tasks.
