PROMOS.GT ready2 combines PROMOS' many years of expertise in real estate management consulting and software development. Over 25 years of experience have helped to create a product that offers the best of both worlds. The introduction of a new ERP system is always associated with considerable effort and can give rise to concerns. So far, however, no PROMOS customer has regretted the changeover. Spurred on by this success, the PROMOS team endeavoured to make the transition even more seamless for its customers. The result is a comprehensive system that is ready for use in the shortest possible time and offers all the familiar functions and solutions that partners and customers have relied on for years. This is PROMOS.GT ready2!

How do you envisage a system that on the one hand is configurable and adaptable to the individual, often special requirements of a wide range of property companies, and on the other hand can be introduced in the shortest possible time? We have gained a great deal of experience from our many years of working with many large, small and medium-sized companies, mainly in the real estate industry.


What is PROMOS.GT ready2?


What tools do real estate companies need to be successful in a fast-moving competitive environment and to manage their operations and resources efficiently and profitably? What basic functionalities do all companies need? What challenges do company managers and their teams often face? And how can new technologies be made accessible to everyone? Based on these questions, we have developed a system that meets the needs of modern companies.


Equipped with the most important basic functions, PROMOS.GT ready2 can be integrated into company processes in an astonishingly short time – the current record is three months! Nevertheless, it can be customised to individual wishes and requirements with various expansion options.


In addition, a clear, intuitive user interface makes the system easily accessible to everyone – even those with no prior technical or SAP® knowledge.

What are the advantages of a customisable solution?


A standard solution that already provides all the important functions for modern real estate companies offers the decisive advantage of saving time and money. The introduction of a new ERP system is often a lengthy and expensive process. A standard solution significantly shortens the design and implementation phases. In addition, companies that rely on a standard solution benefit from significantly better maintainability and easier adaptability of their system. As a central point of contact for users, the Fiori® Launchpad offers a user-friendly and customisable interface that facilitates access to all relevant applications and information. The intuitive design allows users to quickly access their favourite functions and optimise their workflows. The Launchpad is therefore an important part of the solution that increases efficiency and improves the user experience.


2. OpenPromos® Corporate Correspondence

Creating forms? A nightmare for some! This powerful tool for managing and organising correspondence makes it possible to create forms easily and digitally, send serial letters quickly using data from the system and much more. Companies can communicate efficiently with customers, suppliers and other partners by centrally managing and tracking letters, e-mails and other documents.


3. Training documents in any form

Comprehensive training materials optimally prepare employees for the use of PROMOS.GT ready2. From manuals and training videos to practical exercises, the package offers everything to ensure that everyone involved gets the most out of the new solution.


4. Comprehensive test case documents

Predefined test cases and scenarios offer everyone the opportunity to confirm the functionality and reliability of PROMOS.GT ready2. A systematic testing strategy ensures that the system runs smoothly and reliably when it goes live.


Listing all the functions and applications of PROMOS.GT ready2 would simply go beyond the scope of this article. But we can present a few highlights. Financials, real estate management and construction are the three main areas for which PROMOS.GT ready2 offers practical tools and features. In the financials area, the invoice receipt workflow is a popular function for the efficient processing of incoming invoices. The automatic assignment of tasks and intuitive user interfaces in SAP Fiori® shorten processing times and make the system user-friendly. The digital inbox also enables seamless further processing of paper invoices.

Real estate management not only includes various functions for utility cost statements or condition adjustments, tools are also regularly developed to ensure compliance with new laws and guidelines. One of these is the solution for the European Union’s Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), which makes it easy for landlords to provide their tenants with regular consumption data throughout the year. The seamless synchronisation of master data between the housing company’s ERP system and the metering service enables the precise mapping of complex structures. The solution also supports the creation and forwarding of digital documents for consumption data throughout the year, for example via a tenant app. Landlords benefit from legal compliance, process efficiency through automation and data protection thanks to the internal processing of data.


In the area of construction and maintenance, numerous add-ons and functions support companies in implementing their projects and increasing their tenant satisfaction. With easysquare defect recording, defects are dealt with quickly and transparently on site using a mobile app. The process is seamlessly integrated and enables efficient documentation and transfer of data to the SAP® system. Benefits include increased tenant satisfaction thanks to faster processing, a paperless process thanks to mobile recording and time savings thanks to minimised interfaces and media discontinuities.

Martin Henke, founder of the young housing company talyo., which quickly established itself in the housing market, describes the introduction of PROMOS.GT ready2 as follows: “We were able to map our business processes using the latest SAP® software after just a short time and manage all the properties we had already acquired using the ERP system.” He particularly remembers the numerous, flexible training options: “Training is crucial!
