A look back at the 13th OpenPromos user forum
We shook the kaleidoscope to allow the colourful possibilities of technology to fall into a new picture. Reporting on developments at PROMOS, CEO Jens Kramer and product manager Theresia Mussauer introduced the latest business models in the housing and real estate business. These range from smart heating cost invoicing to app-based rental solutions. One thing they all have in common is the networking of all market places involved in the real estate market and their participants. Moritz Metz and Christoph Ostler’s presentations also showed that using virtual reality and drones to market properties is no longer in the realms of science fiction. Why not let robots run our homes? We need the courage to step out of our comfort zones together. Remember how exciting kaleidoscopes could be as a child?
This year’s participants can also recount the gambles they took when they reminisce about our evening event. In Soho House, high over the roofs of Berlin, the chips clattered on the gaming table until we heard the words “Rien ne va plus” for the final time.
On the second day, our participants had the opportunity to take a look at the processes and systems of other companies. How does VBW Bochum manage its tenant requests and craftsmen’s processes? What challenges did Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH have to master when migrating to SAP S/4 HANA®? And how smart are tenant changeovers at DOGEWO? These and many other companies presented their solutions live. Then it was time to say goodbye until the next event, when our motto will once again be “practical experience for practical application”.
For the 13th time, PROMOS extended an invitation to a user and strategy conference in Berlin.
Like a kaleidoscope, the digital pieces are fitted together to form a new whole.
A live survey recorded the participants’ current attitudes towards digitisation.
Will robots replace us in the future? Mads Pankow inspired us to look to the future.
Best-selling author Ilja Grzeskowitz delighted audiences with his closing speech “Let´s talk about change, baby!”
The opening show drew many guests to the plenary session.
Two varied and informative days provided the opportunity for active knowledge exchange.
No question remained unanswered. The PROMOS experts were available to provide answers to everyone interested.
The participants received focussed insights into the real-estate marketing of the future.
