Reason 2: Our unbeatable team spirit

In our first Career Blog post on 14 April, we showed you how important the focus on young people and the topic of training are to PROMOS. However, the strength of our PROMOS consulting does not just lie in our training programme – they are simply an unbeatable team in general.

We posed the question: what makes our consulting so special? A particularly large number of responses highlighted the pleasant cooperation between colleagues. Our consulting team is characterised by its very close work with other colleagues. Nobody needs to go it alone here. We tackle and master challenges, projects and objectives together – and we are very proud of this!

Still not convinced? How about a third reason?

Our concentrated expert knowledge in our four consulting teams – one of which is our strong SAP FI team.

The Consulting Financials department analyses our customers’ financial procedures and advises them on specialist questions relating to the SAP^® modules for Controlling, Loans, Asset Accounting, Profit Centres and much more. Our FI Consulting department consists of 19 employees: 6 women and 6 men – 3 of whom are students who actively support our teams while gathering practical experience early in their careers. We have offices in Berlin and Kassel, and are of course represented throughout Germany remotely. Our most experienced FI team member has already been with us for 19 years, while we greeted the newest just last month.
